Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Cut Me Cookie store and the purchase of our products. Cut Me Cookie is operated by SunFox Innovations LLC (Seattle, Washington, USA). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Cut Me Cookie sells 3D-printed cookie cutters as physical items and as digital STL files, plus bespoke custom designs. Physical cutters are made to order in food-safe PLA. Because each item is printed on demand, slight variations in color and finish are normal.

Custom orders

Custom requests are quotes, not instant purchases: you send a brief, we review it and reply with a price, and production begins once you approve. We may decline requests that infringe others' rights, are not printable as a cookie cutter, or that we're otherwise unable to produce.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before tax. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where we're required to collect it, based on your delivery address. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and every order total is calculated on our server from our current catalog pricing. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time before an order is placed.

Shipping

We currently ship physical items within the United States via USPS, from Seattle, Washington. Cutters are printed to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days (custom orders within 5–7). Delivery timelines after shipment are outside our control.

Shipping is $9.99 for the first cutter and $2.00 for each additional cutter in the same order, since they travel in one parcel. Digital STL files are delivered as a download and never carry a shipping charge — a digital-only order pays no shipping at all.

Refunds & returns

Digital STL files are final sale and cannot be refunded. A file is delivered instantly and can't be un-received, so all digital sales are final. This is disclosed on every product page and in your cart before you pay.

Physical cutters are printed to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size. But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — digital files included — email us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it.

The full policy, including how refunds are paid and what to do about a parcel that never arrives, is on our Refund & Return Policy page.

Digital files & licensing

When you purchase a digital STL file, you may:

  • Print unlimited cookie cutters from it for your own use.
  • Sell baked goods you make, and sell the physical cutters you print from the file, for commercial purposes.

You may not resell, share, or otherwise redistribute the digital file itself, and you may not distribute a modified version from which our original design can be recovered. All designs remain our intellectual property.
