Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to run the store and fulfill your requests:

• Orders: your name, email, and — for physical items — your shipping address, collected during checkout.
• Custom requests: your email, the design details you share, and any reference image you choose to upload.
• Contact messages: your name, email, and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter signups: your email address, and the date and place you gave us permission to use it.
• Your cart is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) — it isn't sent to us until you check out.

We keep one record per person, matched on email address, so that an order, a custom request, and a message from the same person are recognizable as the same person rather than three strangers.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
• To design and quote custom cutters you request.
• To send transactional emails — order confirmations, download links, and replies to your messages.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• Only if you ask us to: to send you our newsletter — new designs and the occasional offer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Buying something does not subscribe you to anything. We send marketing email only to people who explicitly asked for it — by signing up in the footer of this site, or by ticking the optional box at checkout. Signups from the footer are confirmed by email first, so nobody can add an address that isn't theirs.

Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too. We act on it immediately, and we don't ask why.

Unsubscribing stops the newsletter. It does not stop the emails that are part of something you bought — order confirmations, download links, and replies to your messages will still reach you, because those aren't marketing.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the store:

• Stripe — payment processing and, where enabled, tax calculation.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, file storage (S3), and transactional email (SES).

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service.

We use browser local storage to remember your cart between visits. This is essential to how the store works and isn't used to track you. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies; if that changes, we'll update this policy and provide any consent controls required in your region.

We keep order, custom-request, and message records for as long as needed to fulfill your request, provide support, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email — one click, no questions asked.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@sunfoxinnovations.llc. We'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

Our store is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
