What happens to your suggestion

  • We read it. Every suggestion goes into the queue we pull from when we plan new designs.
  • It becomes a shop product, not yours alone. If we make it, it ships in our standard sizes and anyone can buy it.
  • We email you only if it happens. One note, when the cutter is live. We can't make every suggestion, so no news simply means we haven't made this one.
